Fixed bugs:

- Game controls not working when restarting game
- Not being able to cook halo-halo and puto
- Customers outside not disappearing when given their order

Added things:

- Made an untested Mac build
- Minor balance changes
- Minor eye candy (some good ol' bouncing and swaying here and there)
- Minor UI improvement
